The nuggets, it's great to eat with your fingers but much better when it's mom who prepares them! A recipe to discover from 2 years.
- For 2 servings:
- 1 chicken breast
- 50 g flour
- 1 egg
- 1 C. tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp. oil soup
Cut the chicken breast into fries.
Put the sticks in a plastic bag with the flour and a pinch of salt.
Close the bag and mix thoroughly.
Take out the nuggets.
Pass them successively in the beaten egg yolk and then in the bread crumbs and fry them for 10 minutes, turning them often.
Drain on paper towels and serve with a little ketchup or herbed cottage cheese.
