My twins love this recipe!

Ingredients:

1. 1 puff pastry
2. 4 slices of ham
3. 1 jar of fresh cream
4. 1 bag of grated Gruyère cheese
5. 1 egg yolk

Preparation:

* roll out the puff pastry on the baking paper * place the 4 slices of ham * cover with cream * place the grated cheese * roll everything * and brush the roll of egg yolk * cook for about 10 minutes supervising well.
